first_imgThe USDA Compliance, Security, and Emergency Planning Division (CSEPD) Compliance Review Branch visited the American Soybean Association (ASA) in late August to conduct its annual on-site financial and compliance review of the ASA/WISHH Program.  Expenditures reviewed included the Market Access Program (MAP), Foreign Development Cooperator Program (FMD), Emerging Markets Program (EMP) Quality Samples Program (QSP), and Cochran Program funding.CSEPD reviewed more than $1.4 million in expenditures that resulted in a zero finding audit for the ASA/WISHH Program.  The Audit results confirmed that ASA/WISHH fulfilled its financial and administrative responsibilities under the programs; claimed authorized and reasonable program expenses; and; claimed allowable and properly documented contributions.last_img
